I have not blogged in a few weeks due to a heart attack and bypass surgery.
Getting stronger every day and will be back soon. Meanwhile enjoying your work!

How terrifying. And what a jolt of mortality. I hope that the stresses of the job haven’t contributed, though they probably have. All the more reason to focus, as you do, on self care for those in helping professions.

Angie, I thought that I had missed you. God has taken care of your recovery and you will be fine. I can relate to your situation, as since I had the AVR I have not gotten back into this ” full swing”. Looking forward to more from you. You have inspired me to up the effort to post more often.
